Early start in the Apuseni Mountains
We're bringing forward implementation by ~3 months at Bistra: minimum 20 domes (wood sourced on-site where suitable), and a utilities & installation company to handle water and core infrastructure for the facility.
First phase: utilities, site ops, and a repeatable playbook for micro-villages. Outcomes we're targeting: local jobs, resilient eco-stays, and measurable community benefit.
